About Eng. Faisal Al-Qahtani

Architectural consultant and expert in project management and real estate development, with over 25 years of experience in engineering consultancy, architectural design, supervision, and economic feasibility studies.He is recognized as the first Saudi architect to design a girls’ school in KSA ، during the 1980s, incorporating a visionary and futuristic architectural philosophy.

Leadership Roles
Eng. Faisal has held several senior positions in leading companies, including:

Deputy General Director of the Studies and Designs Department at the Ministry of Education.
Director of the Investment Department at Riyadh Development Company.
General Manager of Projects at Emaar Al-Dir Al-Arabi Company.
Partner, Owner, Founder, and Chairman of the Board of Jazl Development Company.
Owner and Founder of (ECB) Enwan Consulting Bureau.

Project Expertise

Throughout his career, he successfully led numerous large-scale projects across Saudi Arabia and beyond, including:
